For dressing
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 ½ tbsp Mirin
 ½ tbsp Miso
 ½ tbsp Tahini paste(sesame paste)
 Salt & Pepper
 Umeboshi(Optional)
 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil(Optional)
