 4 Fu (Wheat gluten)
 2 tbsp Flour
 3 tbsp Water
 ½ cup Breadcrumbs
 5 ½ Tofu ( drained )
 1 tbsp Turmeric
 1 tsp kelp stock ( or shiitake stock )
 2 tbsp Soy sauce
 2 tbsp Mirin
 Salt & pepper

Soak the Fu ( wheat gluten ) until its nice and soft, then squeeze out the water from Fu.
Season the Fu with salt & pepper.

MIx the flour and water well. Dip the Fu in them, then cover them with breadcrumbs.
heat up oil (for deep fried).
Deep fry the Fu until golden brown.

Fried Drained tofu. Add rest of ingredients and Fu. Stir them for few minute.
