Gateau au chocolat with cashew nuts cream

Very rich vegan tofu gateau au chocolat cake! Inside is like raw chocolate! Very very rich and nice bitter taste! You can not taste tofu at all!

 200 g Firmed Tofu
 2 tbsp Oil
 Vanilla extract
 80 g Sugar★
 Salt★
 40 g Flour★
 45 g cocoa powder ★
 1 tsp Baking powder ★

Preheat the oven for 170 degree.
mix all the ★ingredients in the bowl

Brend tofu, vanilla extract and oil in the brender.

Mix both, then bake them for about 30 min.
