100 g Burdock
30 g Walnut
1 tsp oil
5 ½ tbsp Brown rice syrup (If you don't have it, 1 tsp sugar & 1 tbsp Mirin )
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp water

About for 5 min soak the burdock in the water to get rid of scum.
Pour the oil in your pan then fry burdock and walnut. Add lest of ingredients and simmer on low heat.
