 4 Fu ( wheat gluten) ( soak in water and drained)
 1 tbsp soy sauce★
 1 tbsp mirin★
 1 tbsp sake★
 1 tbsp water★
 3 tbsp starch
 ginger
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp mirin
 1 tbsp sake
 1 tbsp water
 1 tsp sugar
 1 clove of garlic

soaked Fu in water untill it becomes soft. then drained them well.

cut them any size you want, add all the ★ingredients and marinate them for half hour.

cover them with starch and fry them until brown both on side.
Pour rest of ingredients (sauce) over them and toss well to mix.
