 1 Onion ●
 Salt & Pepper ●
 1 tsp Vegetable Oil ●
 1 Bay Leaf ●
 Thyme
 ½ cup Konjac grain ( or Konjac powder ) ★If you use grain, boil them and drain the water before use them
 100 g Soy meat (Boil them and drain the water)
 1 tbsp Smoke paprika
 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
 120 g Gluten flour ( vital wheat gluten flour )
 Salt & Pepper

Cut onion, place them in the pan with other ●ingredients.

Fry them with low heat until It becomes bit brown color.

Place all the ingredients in the food processor, EXCEPT gluten-flour.
Blend them until it's all smooth.

Then add gluten-flour, blend them again.

Make a shape of sausages, wrap them with tin foil.

Steam them for about 20-30 min.
It's pretty much done!
You can keep them in the fridge for few days or freezer if you want to keep them longer.
