vegan cashew nut cheese

 1 cup raw cashew nut ( soaked in water over night )
 250 ml water
 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
 1 tsp salt
 3 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tsp agar agar powder
 1 tbsp starch
1

Drained cashew nut, and blend them well with 250 ml water until it's nice & smooth.
Place them in a pan with other ingredients and stir it with medium heat until it's thickened.
Put them in a container and cool it in the fridge for few hours.
