Soak the koya-dofu in water until it's soft.

Cut koya-dofu and vegetables, make it ready to fry.
Pour oil into your frying pan, and fry the vegetables first then koya-dofu next.
Add all the sauce ingredients stir them well for few minute.
Mix the thickening sauce (water & starch) well, turn off the heat then pour the sauce. Make sure to stir them well!

You can find Koya-dofu even small shop in Japan. Its useful to have when you want to cook Japanese food, but not just Japanese food you can enjoy Koya-tofu! Like this, for Chinese food you can use it as substitute of meat. This is so tasty, be careful not to eat too much!!!!
