This is my favorite lazy day’s lunch! Soba has lots of Rutin which fights against high blood pressure and aging! Rutin improves blood circulation and helps eliminate active oxygen. Also lots of protein, vitaminB1 and fiber. It is easy to find Soba in Japan but in the restaurant, they usually use fish in the sauce so be careful!
