90 g Soy meat
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp ginger
1 Onion
1 carrot
2 green pepper
3 shitake mushroom
pineapple (optional)
4 tbsp ketchup

It’s difficult to tell that there is no meat in this! Make sure to boil the soy meat first, drained them and marinate them well! That will make them taste and texture like meat. Everybody loves chinese sweat & sour dish!
