Vegan Tofu Cheese

 ½ Drained Tofu
 34 tbsp Olive oil
 1 Dried chili pepper
 12 clove of Garlic
 1 Rosemary
 Salt & Pepper
 2 Dried Tomato
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Cut drained tofu to the size of dice then,
add all the ingredients in a container and marinate them over night!

You can enjoy it just as it is, but also you can add it in your salad too! Enjoy!!
