Vegan Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 g  Enoki & Maitake & Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 300 cc Water

Directions

  1. Put everything in the Blender and Blend it untill it becomes smooth
  2. Boil it with medium heat untill it is reduced by half
